This page contains pictures from the last couple of years of inspections. Many pictures are of typical items that may be found at a home. Other photos are unusual or odd items. These pictures may be updated from time to time as new pictures are taken. All of these pictures were taken by Sebring Home Inspection Inspectors, during inspections here in the Greater Cleveland Ohio area. If you should have any questions about the pictures or our company, please contact us.

Missing Chimney Flashing will eventually create leaks. Unsafe Chimney Height can cause down drafting of the flue gases. Poor Roof Valley, missed the real valley, just to the right in the picture. Poor Window Install, poorly framed and installed,  with no flashing seen. The installation directions are still on the window.
